Christopher kayafas, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. A. L. Christopher Kayafas received his B.S. degree from Duquesne University in 1989 and his D.D.S. degree from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1997. He was honored with the Pierre Fouchard award, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental fraternity, recognizing academic excellence. He completed his endodontic training at the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1999, earning his certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science degree. Dr. Kayafas joined the endodontic practice of Dr. James Kotapish in 1999, and they became partners in 2001.

 

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, and is a Board Certified Endodontist. A member of the Akron Dental Society, Ohio Association of Endodontists, American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association, Dr. Kayafas provides the most current and appropriate care to every patient, in a caring and compassionate manner.

 

He has been happily married to Lisa since 1993 and they have three children: Lucas, Noah and Zoe. His interests include golfing, bicycling, hiking and enjoying time with his family.
