Meet Dr. Nathaniel Frye

Dr. Nathaniel Frye received his B.A. in Mathematics from Bucknell University in 2012 and his D.D.S. degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2018 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He received the American Association of Endodontists Student Achievement Award and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental fraternity.  Upon graduating, he practiced dentistry for two years before beginning his endodontic training.  He received his Certificate of Endodontics and M.S. degree from The Ohio State University in 2022.  A native of Franklin, Pennsylvania, he now calls Ohio home and joined Dr. Matthew Kotapish at Akron Endodontics in 2022.

In dental school, he served as president of the Delta Sigma Delta international dental fraternity and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Ohio Dental Association, Ohio Association of Endodontists, and Akron Dental Society.  As an endodontist, he enjoys getting to know his patients while offering the highest level of care.

He met his wife, Mary, in dental school and got married in 2021.  She is a pediatric dentist, and together, they enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time outside.  A former Division I swimmer at Bucknell University, he loves talking about sports (especially Buckeye football).
